VentureCommand AI is an AI business productivity tool for business planning, offers, sales scripts, marketing assets, content ideas, customer acquisition, and execution support.

Information We Collect

We may collect account information, email address, business context you enter, prompts and questions, uploaded screenshots or photos, generated responses, saved assets, leads, task states, usage counters, support requests, report submissions, purchase status, and device or browser information needed to operate the service.

Business profile information may include name, business name, industry, business stage, approximate market such as city, state, or country, preferred language, timezone, currency, revenue range, team size, target customer, biggest challenge, and 90-day goal.

Location and Personalization

VentureCommand AI does not collect precise GPS location by default. If you add city, state, region, country, timezone, or currency, we use that approximate market information to personalize business advice such as local marketing, pricing, timing, and customer behavior. If a future feature asks for precise location, it will request separate consent at the time that feature is used.

Local Browser Storage

The current web beta stores some data in your browser using keys that start with aa_. This may include business context, preferred language, usage counters, saved assets, leads, tasks, and demo account state. You can clear this data from Business Context settings or from the Account Deletion page.

Signed-In Profile Memory

If you sign in, your business profile can be stored in private cloud memory so your advice stays consistent across sessions. You can view, edit, export, or clear this profile from the Privacy & Memory settings inside the app.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate VentureCommand AI, personalize responses, route requests to the right AI model, enforce plan limits, process support requests, improve reliability, investigate abuse or unsafe output, and manage billing or subscription access.

AI Providers and Processing

Prompts, business context, uploaded screenshots or photos, and generated content may be sent to third-party AI providers to produce responses. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information unless you are comfortable with that processing.

Payments

Website purchases are processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect payment information, billing details, and transaction data under its own privacy practices. Future mobile app purchases may be processed by Apple App Store or Google Play when required by store policy.

Service Providers

VentureCommand AI may use service providers for hosting, AI model routing, payment processing, account login, analytics, customer support, fraud prevention, and app store distribution. These providers process data only as needed to provide or protect the service.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers, when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of users or the service, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

Data Retention

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support accounting or payment records. Browser-local data remains on your device until you clear it.

Account and Data Deletion

You can request account deletion at Account Deletion. Deletion requests remove eligible account data, but we may retain limited records required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, payment dispute, or compliance purposes.

Children

VentureCommand AI is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the service if you are not old enough to consent to this policy in your location.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and AI processing can involve third-party infrastructure.

International Use

If you use VentureCommand AI outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where service providers operate.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as VentureCommand AI changes. The effective date above shows the latest version.
